Pursuant to Article 18 of the Ordinance on the Regulation of Prices for
Water Supply and Sewerage Services, Water Supply and
Sewerage EAD, Burgas, hereby notifies its customers that it will submit an application to the Energy and Water Regulatory Commission (EWRC) for the approval and ratification of prices for
water supply and sewerage services provided within the company’s service area. The price adjustment is based on Article 19 of the Law on the Regulation of Water Supply and Sewerage Services and is in connection with the Business Plan prepared for the period 2027–2031. The prices for water and sewer services proposed for approval by the Energy and Water Regulatory Commission (EWRC) for 2027 and for approval for 2028–2031, excluding VAT, are as follows:
