company’s full name as registered with the court is “Water Supply and Sewerage” EAD, with its address at 3 Gen. Vladimir Vazov St., Pobeda District, Burgas. The company is represented by Tsvetan Mirchev, Executive Director.

The sole owner of the capital is “Bulgarian Water and Sewerage Holding” EAD.

The company’s registration also specifies its scope of activity:

conducting transactions related to water supply and sewerage, irrigation, hydropower, drainage, construction, maintenance, and operation of water management systems or individual reservoirs, research and design in the field of water supply and sewerage, operation of dams, engineering-geological and hydrogeological surveys; landscaping, greening, surveying, and others.

The Company’s activities are carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Water Act. The Company holds water use permits for drinking and domestic water supply from the “Kamchia” and “Yasna Polyana” reservoirs, issued by the Ministry of Environment and Water. The permits are valid until May 2030.

Within the scope of its approved scope of activity, the Ministry also defines the territorial parameters of the Company’s operations—water supply, wastewater collection, and wastewater treatment—in all settlements in the Burgas region.

“ViK” EAD Burgas carries out its activities in fourteen operational areas—Burgas, Aytos, Karnobat, Sungurlare, Ruen, Obzor, Nesebar, Pomorie, Sozopol, Tsarevo, Primorsko, Malko Tarnovo, Kameno, Sredets, and two diversion areas—Kamchia Diversion and Yasna Polyana Diversion. The company operates in 250 settlements.
