Investment Proposal for the City of Sozopol

Pursuant to Article 95, paragraph 1, of the Environmental Protection Act and Article 4, paragraph 1, of the Ordinance on the Conditions and Procedure for Conducting Environmental Impact Assessments, “Water Supply and Sewerage” EAD, in its capacity as the Contracting Authority

NOTICE

the affected population that there is the following investment plan:
“Reconstruction of the water supply and sewerage network in the town of Sozopol,” which includes:
1. Reconstruction and construction of an external water supply network and facilities in the town of Sozopol, Sozopol Municipality, Burgas Province;
2. Construction of a sewer network and facilities in the town of Sozopol, Sozopol Municipality, Burgas Province,
LOCATED: within the street network of the town of Sozopol, Sozopol Municipality; through properties, in accordance with the approved Detailed Urban Plan (DUP) for the “Route of the Main Water Main from the ‘Kavatsi’ Water Intake to the Distribution Network of the town of Sozopol”; Detailed Urban Plan (DUP) for the “Route of the Main Water Main from the ‘Sveta Marina’ Water Intake in Property 67800.35.104 to the Boundary of the Sozopol Town Planning Area”; Detailed Urban Plan (DUP) for “Construction of the ‘Smokinya’ Collector to the ‘Kavatsi’ Pumping Station”; Detailed Urban Plan (DUP) for “Feeder Collector to the ‘Kavatsi’ Pumping Station,” as well as in UPI I-40180, property with identifier 67800.40.180—for the second water chamber of the “Kavatsi” pumping station, UPI VIII–53.45, “Mapi” area, Sozopol municipality, identical to the property with identifier 67800.53.45—for the “Kavatsi” Pumping Station and UPI XI-9.130, Sozopol, identical to the property with identifier 67800.9.197 – for the “Bujaka 2” Wastewater Treatment Plant.
