INVITATION TO PARTICIPATE IN A BIDDING PROCESS

Pursuant to the Internal Rules on the Procedures and Conditions for the Management and Disposal of Fixed Assets, the Leasing of Real Estate, and Real Rights Thereover by “Water Supply and Sewerage” EAD, regarding fixed assets valued at less than 500,000 BGN and which do not represent 5% of the book value of the assets as of December 31 of the previous year, and the Minutes of the meeting of the company’s Board of Directors No. 310/July 29, 2021, Order No. RD-09-886/October 27, 2021, of the Executive Director, “Water Supply and Sewerage” EAD announces a sealed-bid auction for the sale of fixed tangible assets (FTA) owned by “Water Supply and Sewerage” EAD, Burgas, under the following conditions:

1. Items up for auction /description of items/ – 19 vehicles, as follows:

1. Starting price – as determined by the licensed appraiser, as indicated in the table above. Bidding increment – 1% of the starting price for each vehicle.

2. Type of auction—by sealed bid in accordance with Article 6, paragraph 3 of the Internal Rules on the Procedures and Conditions for the Management and Disposal of Fixed Assets, the Leasing of Real Estate, and Real Rights Thereon by “Water Supply and Sewerage” EAD for fixed assets valued at less than 500,000 BGN and which do not represent 5% of the book value of the assets as of December 31 of the previous year. Type of commission meeting: closed.

3. Method of payment—the successful bidder must pay the full amount of the bid to the bank account of “Water Supply and Sewerage” EAD, Burgas, at CCB—Burgas Branch;

   and under the terms and conditions specified in the auction documentation.

4. Date, place, and time of the auction—November 15, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. at the building of “Water Supply and Sewerage” EAD, Burgas, Pobeda District, 3 General Vladimir Vazov Street.

5. Procedure for obtaining the tender documentation – the tender documentation for the auction may be accessed and downloaded from the company’s website
   www.vik-burgas.com.

6. Participation Deposit – Bidders must pay a cash deposit for participation in the auction in the amount of 20% of the starting auction price for each power plant for which they are bidding. The deposit must be paid into the account of “Water Supply and Sewerage” EAD, Burgas—as specified above. A copy of the payment receipt must be attached to the tender participation documents.

7. Inspection of the auction properties—participants may inspect the PS at the company’s “Motor Transport Base,” located in Burgas, “Meden Rudnik” residential complex, opposite the USM, from November 8, 2021, through November 10, 2021, inclusive, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

8. Deadline for submission of applications for participation—by
   November 12, 2021, at 4:00 p.m., at the Customer Service Center in the building of “Water Supply and Sewerage” EAD, Burgas.

9. Requirements for bidders—bidders must submit all documents specified in the terms and conditions for participation in the tender. Bidders who have not paid the required deposit or have not submitted the required documents, as specified in the tender documentation, will be disqualified.

10. Date, location, and time of the repeat tender: by December 15, 2021, at 4:30 p.m., Customer Service Center, in the building of “Water Supply and Sewerage” EAD, Burgas. The date and time of the repeat tender will be announced on the company’s website at www.vik-burgas.com.
