The Legal Department is suspending the reception of citizens

DEAR CUSTOMERS,
In light of the growing number of reported cases of COVID-19 (coronavirus) in Bulgaria, “ViK” EAD, Burgas, in order to better protect the health of its customers and employees, is temporarily adjusting its operations as follows:

Starting Monday, March 18, 2021, in-person visits to the Legal Department at the Customer Service Center will be suspended for an indefinite period; requests for installment payment agreements should be sent to the following email addresses:
vzheleva@vik-burgas.com and akisova@vik-burgas.com
Claims must be accompanied by proof of payment in the amount of 30% or 50% of the debt, as well as a contact phone number.
