DEAR CUSTOMERS,

In connection with the lifting of the state of emergency, we would like to inform you that, effective May 14, 2020, the company is resuming operations with enhanced sanitation measures and social distancing, as follows:
1. Collection agents will resume their door-to-door rounds for visual meter readings.
2. We are resuming in-person service for customers at the company’s buildings, service centers, and cashier offices within the territory served by the operator.
3. Office hours for the Legal Department: Tuesday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

To further ensure the health and safety of our customers and employees, we ask that visitors to the service centers wear protective equipment (masks), sanitize their hands before entering the premises, and wait their turn outside the building.
