In connection with the transition to the euro, effective January 1, 2026, Notice of Reduced Business Hours at the Customer Service Center in Burgas and all of the Company’s regional branch offices, as follows:

December 29, 2025 - FROM 8:15 AM TO 1:30 PM – cash and card payments will be accepted; after that time until 4:30 PM, documents not requiring payment will be accepted and processed
December 30, 2025 – No customer service will be provided
