Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health and Safety

The implementation and operation of the Integrated Management System, compliant with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018, and its continuous improvement are the best guarantee of the commitments we make to meet the expectations and needs of our stakeholders and to achieve an excellent reputation.
With the implementation of the IMS, we set the following objectives, which we define as a top priority for the company’s management and all employees:

  • Continuously meeting the requirements of our stakeholders by providing high-quality services, continuously improving processes and activities, and managing business processes in an environmentally responsible manner while ensuring health and safety in the workplace;

  • Continuously reducing pollution by developing programs aimed at the ongoing management and monitoring of activities that impact the environment;

  • Reducing and limiting incidents and workplace accidents by implementing adequate measures to ensure healthy and safe working conditions;

  • Supporting the Works Council and providing opportunities for consultation and active participation by employees in processes related to occupational health and safety;

  • Strict compliance with applicable laws and regulations regarding the company’s operations, environmental and occupational health and safety aspects, and achieving compliance with the requirements of current Bulgarian and European legislation and other requirements in the field of environmental protection and occupational health and safety;

  • Fully, accurately, and consistently defining and communicating the rights and obligations of workers and employees, and effectively training and applying the principles and methods of the developed and implemented Environmental Management System (EMS). Increasing their interest and motivating them to adopt responsible behavior toward the environment and working conditions;

  • Providing employees, on behalf of and for the organization, with the necessary information and conditions related to ensuring occupational health and safety;

  • Planning and implementing organizational improvements, optimizing resource use, increasing energy efficiency, and minimizing waste;

  • Providing resources for the development, maintenance, periodic review, and continuous improvement of the effectiveness of the implemented EMS.

To achieve these objectives, the company has established conditions for strict compliance with the requirements of the IMS and for the active participation of management and operational staff in its development and improvement.
