Installment Payment Agreement

Pursuant to the established internal operating rules of Water Supply and Sewerage EAD – Burgas, and in accordance with Article 40, paragraph 2 of General Terms and Conditions for the Provision of Water and Sewerage Services to Consumers by the Water and Sewerage Operator in Burgas
, the operator’s customers are given the opportunity to settle their overdue obligations by signing an installment payment agreement under the following conditions:

• an initial payment of 30% of the amount owed; or -

an initial

payment of 50% of the amount owed, if the water supply to the property has been suspended in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions;

The remaining balance of the debt must be paid in equal installments within two months of signing the agreement.

Additional Information:

In the event of failure to comply with the obligations assumed under the agreement, no new agreement may be signed, and the water supply will be cut off without further notice; legal proceedings initiated prior to the conclusion of the agreement will continue.
Current monthly bills incurred after the agreement is concluded are not covered by the agreement and cannot be paid in installments.
Pursuant to Article 41, paragraph 1 of the General Terms and Conditions, water service shall be restored within three business days of the conclusion of the installment payment agreement and upon payment of the established reconnection fee.
