STATEMENT

by the Management of VIK Burgas on Quality Policy and Objectives

Our primary objective is to offer high-quality products that meet our customers’ requirements to the greatest extent possible.

By assuming its responsibility for establishing, maintaining, and continuously improving the Quality Management System, management declares the following core principles, which form the basis of our quality policy:
- Customer Focus – We are aware of our responsibility and strive to meet the current and future needs of all interested parties to the greatest extent possible, while complying with applicable legal and regulatory requirements;
- Management Leadership – Management is aware of its responsibility for the design, implementation, and maintenance of the Quality Management System;
- Employee Engagement – Management strives to create an environment that encourages its employees to participate fully and take initiative in carrying out their work. Management believes that the company’s most valuable resource is its people. By managing their competence, motivation, and satisfaction, management strives to create an atmosphere in which people are fully committed to achieving the company’s goals;
- Process-oriented approach—the products and services created by the company are the result of interconnected processes that are viewed and managed as a system, rather than in isolation;
- Continuous improvement is a key objective of the Quality Management System, which can be achieved through continuous monitoring of process performance and the implementation of effective corrective and preventive actions;
- A fact-based approach to decision-making—the communication system and the management of quality documents and records provide the foundation for making decisions based on up-to-date information;
- Mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.

By achieving our primary objective—the continuous improvement of the company’s operations and meeting customer needs—we ensure the achievement of the additional objectives we have set for ourselves:
- To improve the quality of the services we provide;
- To modernize customer relationship management;
- To improve the company’s financial management and secure external sources of funding and modern know-how for managing the services provided;
- To improve the company’s operational activities;
- To enhance staff qualifications and increase staff motivation;
